Roger Price began appraising residential property in the Denver metropolitan area in 1977. Over the past 35 years, Mr. Price has completed approximately 16,000 appraisals in Denver and the surrounding cities along the front range.
Mr. Price obtained the Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1981 and holds the Certified General license from the State of Colorado, the highest level license issued by the state.
In addition to residential assignments, his office also is accomplished in vacant land, commercial, industrial and eminent domain appraisals.
